Delivery: Your custom gear will be produced and shipped with an added 7 business days for the customisation process.

To ensure your customisation is printed to the highest quality, please follow these guidelines:

File Formats: We accept PNG, PDF, AI, SVG or EPS files.

Resolution: High-resolution files (300 DPI or above) are preferred for the best print quality.

Size: To ensure the best results, please upload the design file of your logo in 'vector' format. If you don't have this file, please ensure your logo or text is at least 500px wide to maintain clarity when scaled.

Transparent Background: For logos, a transparent background is recommended for a cleaner finish.

Logo Retracing: If you don't have a vector version of your logo, we can retrace it for a fee. Please get in touch with us if you require this service.

To ensure our customisation service adheres to competition regulations, we follow the following standards:

Size & Placement: Logos, flags, and names must adhere to strict size and placement guidelines. Logos and flags are limited to 5cm² and must be placed on the front right chest of the vest or the front right leg of the shorts. Your surname can be placed on the back of the vest under the country code (3 capital letters), with a maximum size of 5cm in height and 20cm in width.

Country Abbreviation: The IOC Country Code, which consists of 3 capital letters representing the athlete’s country, may be displayed on the back of the vest. The letters must not exceed 200cm² and must contrast with the vest colour for legibility.

No Sponsor Ads: No sponsor or third-party advertising is allowed on the uniforms, except for National Federation sponsorship.

UNBROKEN Logo: The UNBROKEN logo may be displayed on the vest and shorts but must not exceed 3cm² on the vest (front chest) and 3cm² on the shorts (front leg).

Please note: We cannot be held responsible for any violations of competition rules if athletes choose to customise their uniforms in ways that do not comply with competition regulations.

As customisation is tailored to your specific order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on customised items. Please take care in selecting your size and double-check your files before submitting your order to ensure everything is correct.
